an international conference
Language Diversity and National Languages in Higher Education
When: November 19–20, 2009 Where: Atrium SRC SASA, Novi trg 2, Ljubljana
The conference is dedicated to the use of national languages in European higher education. In some European countries the national language is under serious challenge as the language of instruction in higher education.
The issue will be discussed in the context of national policies and laws, multilingual policies of the European Union and UNESCO’s worldwide promotion of language diversity.
The conference languages are English and Slovenian. |
